As the CEO of Synergy Health Partners, Dan is committed to the founding vision of designing innovative physician staffing and management programs that align incentives to support clinicians and hospitals while expanding patient access to quality surgical, anesthesia, emergency and emerging hospital services.

Previously, Dan led Safe Passage, an emerging healthcare services venture, to spot 468 on the Inc 500 fastest growing companies in America. After a successful sale to NuVasive (NASDAQ: NUVA) Dan served as their Global Services Leader, managing a team of 650 people caring for 100,000 patients annually across 1,000 facilities.

He also founded Evo Media, the premier online destination for sustainable products and services, adopted by National Geographic as their “green” commerce platform. Prior to that he co-founded the nation’s largest student discount platform, Student Advantage, serving savings to millions of students.

Dan earned his BA from The University of Michigan and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
