Synergy Health Partners is a specialized healthcare staffing and management company with innovative models that align the goals of the facility and the clinician to support the patients they serve. Providing predictable healthcare staffing, our clinical teams are assigned coordinated shifts covering emergency department on-call needs, or we can support a full surgical program for emergent, elective, and inpatient consult needs.
Unlike a temporary locums approach, Synergy Surgicalists and clinicians are part of the practice team. They serve on committees for their designated facility, engage with the community at large and work side-by-side with the hospital’s other medical staff physicians and employees.
