• Needs: 2-FT; 1-PRN
• Independent CRNA practice
• 1099 permanent position; work 38 weeks/year
• Autonomous CRNA practice
• Cases included mix: Ortho, Robotics, General, B&B; no OB, peds, cardiac or trauma
• No In-house call required
• Competitive compensation
• Active WA medical license is a preferred
