Synergy Health Partners is looking for CRNAs and a Lead CRNA with strong clinical and leadership skills to join a team at TRI-STATE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL in CLARKSTON, WASHINGTON.

Over the past 30 years we have specialized in surgical care and have expanded our programs to include anesthesia services. We have a deep respect and value for the CRNA skillset. We support integrating your expertise into high quality, high performing teams.

• Independent practice for CRNAs
• NEW GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
• 1099 permanent position; work 44 weeks/year
• Cases included mix: Ortho, Robotics, General, B&B, Endo
• Schedule: 5-8hr or 4-10s plus call requirements
• Beeper Call: one weekend per month and one weeknight
• Competitive compensation
  • $30K Sign-on Bonus
  • Lead CRNA stipend: $12K
  • Base rate: $325K
• Active WA medical license is preferred
