Synergy Health Partners is looking for a Lead CRNA with strong clinical and leadership skills to join a team at TRI-STATE HEALTH  in CLARKSTON, WASHINGTON.

Over the past 30 years we have specialized in surgical care and have expanded our programs to include anesthesia services. We have a deep respect and value for the Nurse Anesthetist skillset. We support integrating your expertise into high quality, high performing teams.

Job Description

• Full time 1099 permanent position
• Independent practice for CRNAs
• NEW GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
• Cases included mix: Ortho, Robotics, General, B&B, Endo, Urology, GI
• Schedule: 5-8hr or 4-10s plus call rotation
  • Beeper Call: one weekend per month and
    • one weeknight (Monday- Thursday; 5p-7a)
    • one weekend per month (Friday 5p-Monday 7a)

Compensation:

• • Expected annual earning: $370K
    • $30K Sign-on Bonus (restrictions apply)

• EMR: Meditech; Anesthesia uses paper

License:

• • Active WA medical license is preferred
